Why Xbox failed in Japan
Surely there were just no games the Japanese audiences wanted to play. The West wasn't set up to create games Japanese audiences wanted and Japanese companies couldn't be convinced to invest in the Xbox when the PS2 was already entrenched. How many times can £1/2 for 1/2 Months Gold offers appear?
This might not help however, I got offers my first year (£1/2 half the time) and then nothing. 5 weeks (and a few days) of waiting and I was becoming feverish, but my xbox no longer loved me :/ Can't help thinking there are 2 tiers of account (an introductory and a normal) and that the offers...- The Eyes of Another
