    My FTP client is set to Binary file transfer, I make sure not to use ASCII file transfer.

    I've had a peculiar issue with ToeJam & Earl III DLC. When applied to the USA version of the game, the DLC installed properly from an offline installer and all five packs were displayed as properly installed in Xbox Dashboard, but for some reason the game did not recognize the Suteki character...
