    I bought a new WD5000LPLX and everything works fine now. What I found out (definitly): Win10 won't let you use Bootable USB Drive Creator Tool...

    Thank You for your reply. Yes, it is the very same computer. To get my bootable USB-stick working I change the SATA-settings in my bios from AHCI...
