    The game is RF, but the updates seem not to be. People with a European console probably need a different version of the update.

    This doesn't look quite right. x360Tool says this is Call of Duty 7: Black Ops TiTle Update #1, but the name and directory structure make it look more like DLC, in which case it should go under 0000000000000000 (16 zeroes, the non-profile specific content directory).

    Damn, there's a third media ID for this game now? This might not be the correct one for you. The best way to tell is to run the risc through abgx360. Or install all three versions of the update.

    How to extract / dump title updates (patches) to and from the Xbox 360 hard drive

    Actually, I am having a sudden problem with the updates as well. It seems that ever since I updated to 9199 (the update that brings USB memory card support) none of my title updates are detected. I tried clearing the cache and reinstalling them, but that didn't work either.
