Digiex uses various anti-spam mechanisms when you sign up to register
These detect registration behaviour, IP addresses and emails against various third party engines which detect forum spam
Your registration triggered those spam mechanisms for which your registration was blocked.

I'm sorry about this, but with 95% of forum registrations being spam bots wishing to spam URL's, we have had to do some strict controls to stop members.
To the Spammers out there reading this, if you try to fool us and register manually; we scan our site regularly for SPAM and outbound URL's and if we catch you, not only do you get banned but we report all the details of your registration to numerous spam databases to ensure you are blocked from every forum out there using them.
