Xbox Offline Xbox Live Downloadable Content [DLC] Installers

Well if you have the time, just go through every single game and see what you can get, title updates, DLC and all. Then rar up e:\tdata\ (not t:\), and send it over.

I'm really glad to see a big pal contribution (on top of 500amps' work). We can finally make installers for all you PAL people we neglected in the first place. Not that we wanted to, but like I've said "Our content is only as good as our supply."

liandra conflict,
and a few other generalones

the main contribution will be the 5 new levels for nigts of the temple.
I must say I am impressed with the interest that people are now showing considering we have 6 weeks or so till the live servers for the old box are gone forever

 

I know I promised 2 installers tonight but that just wont be happening, sorry I just can't concentrate enough being in this much pain :/

Consider it a beta until I can get AmyGrrl to look it over. It works 100% for me though.

Minor cosmetic changes were done, as well as bigger behind the scenes changes that the average user wont see. All installers from now one will have these changes, including the Digiex links. Also I have NO clue what the new colors DLC is. If someone does figure it out, please enlighten us!

Just got a 800mb 7z from 500amps with lots of new and old DLC. So more to come....

That's the Step Editor DLC from Pump it Up Exceed SE from North America. Treat it as beta like above, works fine on my end though. I hope someone finds a use for it.

After Valentines day I will start again, with whichever game gets requested first.

 

InsaneNutter I do have it, and unfortunately it's only usable on xbox live, despite the game having a system link option. Moronic eh? Regardless. Send it over, it might be a PAL (extra languages) version. While most dlc is all regions, some has extra language options, so I'll be happy to make a PAL installer or PAL option in an installer too.

PS Quake 2X in HD widescreen is freaking AWESOME!

Again treat it as beta (NOT final) until I can get my partner to look at it. The car skins will just replace the skin already on the car. So basically new paint job that you can't turn off without deleting the DLC.

Someone needs to get the Fight Club DLC for me, as it's still available on XBL. We still need Fantasy Star Online, and Sega GT Online's DLC too. So if you have that, get it out to me asap.

That is like Crimson Skies. the DLC maps and i think game modes work in Split-Screen (4 players). But The planes don't, which is stupid to have the planes as DLC when they were in singleplayer, and most were flyable. Sure you could pick to play system-link to use the DLC planes but system-link only allows 2 players per Xbox

Don't you need to be connected to Xbox live to play that game? I was at EB games the other day and they had a copy and it says that right on the cover.

Anyway I looked though my Tdata folder and didn't find anything else you didn't have.

One easy way to look in Tdata and to know what folder is what game is to open the Udata with the corresponding letters and numbers. Then just open the savefileimage.xbe or whatever it's called. Works in UnleashX so it should work with other Dashboards.

 

I know what you mean about Crimson Skies. If that isn't a party game, I don't know what the hell is! Used to have 4 players on that game all the time at parties. It's a game you can pickup and learn to play in 2 minutes flat. Back then I had just 1 xbox and 1 TV, (had xbox live too!). Nowdays I have 3 tv's with 3 xboxes in 3 different rooms. They do the media streaming perfectly, BUT they also can handle a LOT of players system link when I get some friends together. It's a real riot to play classics like that, Mechassault 1/2, and Halo 1/2 once in a while. So yeah while it's a little crappy about crimson skies, it's still fun with 2 players per screen with all the DLC (Vampire anyone?

PSO is XBL only, but there are mods for offline play. That being said, we have DLC up already that only works on live. I'm sure if someone cared about it enough they could make it work for system link or solo play if needed. It's as much about archiving everything as it is being able to use as much as possible.

Even if you have DLC I already have, you might have DLC from a different region, title updates I'm missing, a better copy than what I have, or any number of other things. So please, send it over still. Just not Halo 2, I have enough copies of all that DLC.

Just 2 questions, how do you want your credit in the readme to be listed? simply as "cosmic smash" or something else?

And for fight club, could you send me your default.xbe, and let me know what region you're in? Obviously we've had some region issues in the past, I just want to make sure we don't have any more in the future.

I'm NTSC region. ie North America
for the default.xbe is that stored on hard drives? Or do I have to grab it from the actual game disc. ie look at files on the disc via the dvd drive of the xbox. Let me know when ya get a chance and I'll get it to you soon.

 

default.xbe from the disk, theres no TU so no default.xbe there. I'm downloading Fight Club right now because I don't otherwise have a copy. If that works out fine, I wont need the default.xbe anyway, so no worries

Fight Club installer is on hold until I can figure out whats wrong with the DLC. Looks like it was damaged from the source, but I will keep on it trying to fix it. Full Spectrum Warrior Ten hammers, and IHRA Drag Racing up next.

Please remember, all new installers are still to be considered BETA (as I'm frying them up as fast as I can), until AmyGrrl and I get a chance to really go through them. Regardless they all should work fine. Post problems/issues or yummy fudge brownies here.

IHRA Drag Racing 2004 DLC done. Though after trying it, to test the DLC I don't see why ANYONE would ever want this. Either way it's done (beta).

 

I have the All Star Baseball 2004 DLC (all 8 roster packs)

Am i missing something? I searched in TDATA folder and found the right folder but there is not default.xbe

If you can help me find where it is, ill upload it.

 

It's on the game disk, every launch-able program and game has one. I need info from it for the installer.
