    Just Download the 2 Parts, both FW's are in it.
    Frist install the OFW 3.55 and then the CFW 3.55.
    Example folder structure : x\PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP

    Note, you must be on the 3.55 OFW or lower, it dosn't work with 3.56 or 3.60.
