Interesting find, but a bit of a rubbish video. Doesn't show the console, or what went in to it... Could be a Devkit for all we know or a Jtag with the version number on the dashboard changed.

That Dash is out of date now anyway, the version number goes up by at least 1 every release, and there is normally 1 release a day during active development. So whatever you see is likely to change.
It takes minutes to edit the version, flash nand, and take a video. It's amusing that LS didn't post any real information about the update. Hundreds of ways they could have shown proof but didn't.
