Custom Gamer Picture Creation

    Hey guys, how can I make my own custom Gamer Picture to use on my Xbox 360 LIVE Profile?

    And, is it legal, no probs?

    You used to be able to do that with the webcam. Not sure if you can still do that with a Kinect or not. I'm talking about taking your own pic not using a jpeg or anything.
