my drive is acting... off. I mean it still works all the same but now some games I've wanted to play I've had to reinstall because at one point or another, either during gameplay or as it starts up, it'll tell me "the disc is unreadable". now I know it doesn't read from the disc but from the hard drive. but I don't know why I'm getting these errors suddenly. unless it is just (for lack of a better explanation) old? the console itself was used when I got it, so..." once I reinstall the game it works fine. no problem afterward for that game. but any install prior to my putting a theme on it from here (digiex) seems like a candidate for an f-up. has anyone else had this issue? are these kinds of issues to be expected when one goes on unscheduled dates with their xbox's filing system? xD the only thing I've done to it is put a Mass Effect theme on it and made a dump of the XB1 emulator.
What program did you use to inject the theme to your hard drive? I can only think its some how damaged your installed game, but no you should not have any problems. I've been extracting and injecting content to my hard drive for years with no problems.
Xplorer 360 Extreme the first couple of times. then you recommended USBXTAFGUI and that one worked. I had to kill the program (x360Ex) a couple of times because it would stay frozen for about an hour. and I figure if it can't move 11mb in that time then it is having an issue. so maybe that is what did it.
