Enter http://192.168.1.99 (or what ever ip address shows when you boot Xell) in to your web browser.

You should be able to download a RAW dump of your nand, do that.

Now try use this raw dump of the nand as the source for building your new image, hopefully all the bad blocks should be able to be detected and remapped when creating your new image.

I'm not really 100% with bad blocks as its not something ive ever had an issue with, i believe that is likely the cause of your problem however.

I have built you an image from your flashdmp.bin, use at your own risk

Download, unzip, and flash with Xell: http://insanenutter.com/content/updflash-cncc.zip

Also remember you must unplug your console for two minutes after flashing the nand.

    Hopefully that will work.

I'm glad its working, that's great news!

All i did was build an image from your raw nand dump, this will have contained info on all the bad blocks on your nand (bad blocks are normal) Xebuild will try and remap them, which it appears to have successfully done.

Yes you can turn the console off / put your hard drive back in the console.

To restore your avatars / kinect data you have to use the official system update, the 15574 update can be found here: https://digiex.net/downloads/downlo...60-dashboard-update-2-0-15574-0-download.html

Something to note is i included Dashlaunch in your nand, so it should pickup your existing configuration file on your hard drive if you had one. If so you you might need to rename the system update folder to $$SystemUpdate from $SystemUpdate, that way dashlaunch should allow you to run the system update which will only restore the avatar / kinect data on your console. It will only do this as you are already on 15574, so be sure you are otherwise you will break your Jtag.

Try renaming it to $$ystemupdate it may be that off the top of my head.

good day... dis was the "VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND" TUTS I'VE ever READ for the first time about updating dashboard... THANKS TO YOU... It gives me COURAGE TO TRY TO UPDATE MY 2 pcs 13599 Jasper... and I think I should try tomorrow... waheheheheh.... few questions though,
    1. will this tuts applicable also LATEST DASHBOARD VERSION like 15574????
    2. about the 1blkey, should I just copy 1blkey FILE in exBuild_1.00_f1 to exBuild_1.00_f1--14699 folder?
    3. about the cpu key, should I paste the numbers to NOTEPAD and copy it to exBuild_1.00_f1--14699 folder also?

thanks for the repz... but forgive me still not sure??
"Now in the xeBuild_1.00_f1 folder, open the 1blkey.txt and paste the correct 1blkey in there. The correct key is:DD88AD0C9ED669E7B56794FB68563EFA".. does this mean that I just have to CHANGE THE NUMBERS IN THAT NOTEPAD and NO NEED TO MOVE OR COPY TO OTHER FOLDER??? same goes to cpu key.
