The correct 1bl key is: DD88AD0C9ED669E7B56794FB68563EFA

Replace that in the text file using notepad and save it.

As for the CPU key, only you know that.

    Hi InsaneNutter,
I think I am also having the same problem with forumer cncc , where the console able to boot up and show the xbox360 boot screen.
The logo just stuck over there and I only can press home button to navigate Xbox Guide option

Yes, I can access the Xell menu from my browser.
I tried to use the same updflash.bin to update via Xell but the result is the same...

Can InsaneNutter advice me what to do?

try to boot up again and this time got a system update message ask me to perform update.
So I copy the update 2.0.14699.0 to the USB and do update and hope it fix the problem

turns out that I still get the same result. The system only boot up until the XBOX 360 logo, that's all

EDIT - I tried to use a nand reader to read bad blocks, the original nand do not have any bad blocks. Scan the new created have bad blocks

Edit 2 - Finally I manage to get it run !!!
This is what I did ...

Get the raw dump file from XELL , then load up the same program (xeBuild_1.00_f1) , rerun the same process.
Get the generated file (updflash.bin) , put it in USB and flash again with XELL
Once finish flashing , power down the console , unplug the power source from the power brick
keep on praying for 2 minutes
then plug in back everything and turn on your console
P/S - to run XELL , i need to press the DVD eject button to turn on the system and run XELL

    hope this info helps.

Your nand will be 16mb, no 360's with a 15mb nand have been released.

InsaneNutter: I have a problem similar to cncc (no original nand, getting errors when trying to use my current nand to update my jtag) and I PM'd you with more info if you can help me.

EDIT: OK I just read your signature so ignore my PM I guess and I'll just post everything below:

The current dash is 12611. I do not have the original nand and over time I have just been dumping the current nand and updating it to the latest dash and everything has somehow been working just fine. It has been a while since I updated and while I don't remember how I did it I know that a lot of these automated programs throw up errors when trying to use my current nand and I think I had to use a more manual method. Using xeBuild or any other program like JRunner I get this error:

    xeBuild v1.04.535
    ---------------------------------------------------------------
    building jtag image
***** WARNING: naddump.bin has a bad LBA at block 0x3df (raw offset 0xff7e00), block LBA ignored

    **** could not read smc_config.bin (-1) ****

******* ERROR: critical bootloader files are missing, cannot proceed!

***** FATAL BUILD ERROR: -1 unable to complete NAND image

I've dumped the nand a few times and a few different ways but keep getting the same error. I even tried this tutorial to only update to 14699 but got the same error.

Power the console on with Xell and ensure the network cable it connected, then like cncc you should see this

    IMG_20120927_230702.jpg

go to http://192.168.1.99 or what ever your consoles ip address is, you should be able to download your raw flash.

Do that and use it as your corrent nand, hopefully that should work.

thank you very much for this tuts Insanenutter.. just finished updating my jasper. =) and one easy way to know your cpu key is by INSTALLING first DASHLAUNCH 3.02.. because it has a SYSTEM INFO Menu which you can see your consoles info... this is helpful to those who dont have their dvdrom anymore... like mine.. =)
and one more thing, THIS CAN BE DONE ALSO TO RGH SLIM CONSOLE, right??? coz I have 4 slim's that that can't play 2k13 and sleeping dogs... :(

If the slims have the original RGH hack yes, if its an RGH2 slim the tools in this tutorial will be outdated i think.

I would personally use xeBuild GUI 2.071b - Gui to Build 15574 dashboard for Jtag / RGH Consoles for your slims, i plan to use the XeBuild GUI app when i update this tutorial for this falls dashboard.

Now the GUI appears to be released the same time as XeBuild it should make things easier for people.

I tried that. I retrieved my nand that way, with Flash360, and with Nand Flasher. All three methods produce the same nand dump.

It will be the same size, however things could differ.

Did you actually build a new hacked nand with the raw flash dumped from Xell?

Yes I tried but no matter how I dumped the nand when I ran them through xeBuild or any other program I get the same error that I posted above in every program.

    Hi Guys,

InsaneNutter - I have a small problem, I updated my brothers Jtag (xenon) to 15574, I had his 14719 nand & oringinal nand saved on my flash drive, now the flash drive is no longer working.
So if a new update comes along, do I just use the same method as in this tutorial? (Note I have his cpu key)

    Thanks in advance.

Upload your raw flash and message me a link to it along with your CPU key and ill try have a look when i get chance.

Yes you can dump his current nand like explained in this tutorial, as you have the CPU key you are good to go.

I would however dump his current nand now just so you have a backup.

Save it in multiple places, as you know you can easily loose stuff saved in one place.

Dropbox is great for backing up small files such as nands: https://digiex.net/guides-reviews/r...box-secure-backup-sync-sharing-made-easy.html

Nand built and sent via PM.

    Try Xell Launch:

    https://digiex.net/downloads/downlo...hdmi-support-quickboot-shortcut-download.html

You should be able to get your CPU key from that.
