Was going to say my NTSC copy of the game has no region locks, unless you have an NTSC-J copy it should play on any console.
Demo's from a CD load quite slow on the 360, if your burn them to a DVD-R or DVD-RW you will have much better results.

On my Kinect adventures they appear on the demos part of the dashboard, just by having the disc in the console.

Take the hard drive out, if it works then you need a new drive. You should be able to get one for free under warranty.

Intresting idea, but unless kinect is built in to people's TV's it will have a very limited audience.
I love the demo, my only complain is the frame rate is not that good, I do hope it will be 60fps when released and not 30.
