    You can use the 120gb bin file and only use 120gb of 200gb. Make sure to keep your undo file so you can change the drive into 200gb usable for pc use.

    Try freedos instead of ms-dos when you use the usb formatting program.Then copy the files back onto the usb drive.

    You should be able to play fine. Run as admin. Don't use different model undo files.
