    extract the zip,there should be a iso file.burn it with Free ISO Burner and make sure to finalize disc

    clear the cache on the 4gb memory + the hard drive...this will delete all updates

    reformat the drive(using the xbox) then connect to the computer,run xplorer360 as admin and the partition should restore

    i have heard with certain motherboards the computer can freeze during the erase/write steps so you can buy a via6421 pci card to prevent that...
