    Thats normal for Flash 360, I would however use Nand Flasher 360 instead.

    Easily update your Jtagged or RGH Xbox 360 to Kernel / Dashboard 14699 with XeBuild

    Use: Xebuild GUI and open a backup of your existing nand, not the original. Enter the CPU key and it should do all the hard work for you.
