xbox one hd stopped

good afternoon, i have xbox one fat halo series, its hd stopped burned and there is no way to copy anything, i bought another new hd put in the xbox one, downloaded it on microsoft osu1 and osu2 and does not install, error 101 and then error 106 (which has no installed or incompatible software)...
