acees denied on changing process priority on windows 7 professional

hi always i try to change process priority on windows 7 give me this error someone know how to fix this sorry for my bad english im an brazzillian

Click "show processes for all users" in the bottom left, task manager will then run with Administrator rights and you will be able to then change the priority of processes.
