Any one know how to create GUI vpn for project

    I need Help ;-
    1. I want to buy VPS's
    2. Make a custome OpenVPN gui Using VB or C Langguage
    3. Many Users can use to connect to my VPS's using their custom username and password (login details) through the GUI
    4. The GUI must Have TCP tunneling from my VPS's custom OpenVPN GUI
    5. The GUI must Have UDP tunneling from my VPS's custom OpenVPN GUI
    6. The GUI must Have ICMP tunneling from my VPS's custom OpenVPN GUI
    # The (TCP,UDP,ICMP) protocol must be excellent code ( for fast Internet Connection )
    7. GUI must have auto update(update server if i prefer to add more VPS's in the future & Which will check for OpenVPn Configuration files for updates)
