im using checkpoint and I want to use a wild pokemon modifier and I have 2 questions


1. Where does checkpoint store cheats?
2. How do I get the wild pokemon mod on?

Checkpoint is a save game manager, it doesn't store cheats: https://github.com/FlagBrew/Checkpoint

When you have backed up your save game you can modify it with PKHeX, that won't change that Pokemon spawn in the wild, you can create whatever Pokemon you want though and have them stored in the PC / Party.
