    Is there an application that can be launched from a Jtag or RGH console that can prepare and setup a "Retail" hard drive (i.g. - a PC Western Digital 320GB ) for use on a Xbox LIVE console? I've searched much and found no answers to my queery.

    Nope no such app exists, you have to hack the drive on a PC with Hddhackr.
