Avatar Pets Arrive Tomorrow
In addition to items for your Avatar, you can now have pets too. There will be many kinds of pets and each will cost you 240 MS Points. The pet list is: Large Dog, Pug Dog, Dog in Bag, Cat, Siamese Cat, Long Haired Cat, Goldfish, Guinea Pig, Pony, Monkey, Bird, and a Snake. Below are a few screen shots that I found.

yh read tht earlier today @ majors blog. IMO little kids will but these and also the fact that microsoft is pushing its luck with its consumers with these rip offs. (FFS we pay for LIVE and yet we don get any discounts)

240 MS points is a lot for an animated pet for you avatar, thats $3 for people in the US and £2.04 for people in the UK... :| as we were discussing in another thread these micro transactions soon add up....

I will stick to my free chocobo from final fantasy when i get the code for him!

And why not FREE pets? Micro$oft smells money here! This is just ''not done''! And I agree with P.KID: This is a total rip-off!

They do it because they believe people will buy it. People have bought crap for their avatars! It must be going well seeing as MS have released pets now... If people are willing to buy such things it's them to blame and not MS. MS are a business after all. They'll try and make money in whatever way they can.
