This is a contract between you and Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052. Sometimes Microsoft Corporation is referred to as 'Microsoft,' 'we,' 'us' or 'our'. This contract applies to the Bing Rewards Program, (hereafter “Program”) You may participate in the Program through the Bing Bar (hereafter “Toolbar Access”) and through the web based experience (hereafter, “Web Access”), both of which together constitute the Program, as further detailed below. Void where prohibited by law. As further described below, this Program may be cancelled or suspended by Microsoft at any time. The Program is open to users who reside in the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and who are at least thirteen (13) years of age.

Here it's "this program may be cancelled by Microsoft at any time" so it could terminate today, tomorrow or well, any day.

Offer available in all Xbox Live countries while supplies last, is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other rebate or offer. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Xbox Rewards

The current phase of the Programme begins at 5:00 Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time) on 1 December 2010, and is scheduled to end at 3:59 UTC on 31 July 2013 (the "Programme Period"), but the Sponsor reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, suspend, or cancel the Program, at its discretion, at any time in accordance with Section G of these Terms. Sponsor will give a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to cancelling the Programme. Please visit World Time Server: current local time and date in any zone or other world time database to determine local time. Participants can earn Microsoft Points via the methods set out in Section E below, and will be able to redeem Microsoft Points as set out in Section F below. All Microsoft Points earned during previous phases of the Programme are carried over into the current phase, but the Sponsor may expire Microsoft Points from previous phases on giving reasonable notice to a Participant.

It's sad to see that Microsoft is shutting down all these great bonus rewards that gave another reason to use Xbox LIVE, but well, it was never part of the main package so it should have been expected.

Dayum... I used to get a lot of 400 points codes from the Bing Rewards thing lol. The Xbox Live Rewards program is crap. They can take that one away if they want.

It's odd how Xbox Games With Gold is only lasting to the end of this year, I'd thought they would be expanding it to 2014+ Xbox 360's lifespan and also to Xbox One.

I don't really think Microsoft is going to fully support the 360. They're probably gonna go full power on the Xbox One. They're gonna try to shove it down people's throat.
