Hello I don't have live on my Xbox 360 is the Catwoman DLC locked to each console or does it work on non jtagged consoles. If it does can someone please post it.

The dlc will work on the first xbox 360 it's downloaded to and the profile that purchased it or redeemed it.
 
We don't post Warez rusab1234, and seeing as this can be bought, you'll have to buy it yourself. Good news is you should get it for free when you pruchase Arkham City not second hand :)
