Request: CoD MW3 Campaign error

I 've completed my MW3 but when am revert to main menu my campaign still shows 0.0% completion. and when i click on campaign box and go to 2nd menu that even does not shows Mission individual. i dunt know whats wrong with this??
My autosave drive is default drive
i am running flashed console and backup. game is installed on xbox hdd. can someone guide me whats wrong with MW3?? why i can't see my complete progress and mission select??
