Codec Package Recommend

    Can some recommend me a good all in one Codec Package for wmp11 on a safe site. thanks

    that looks complicated it there anything simpler that just installs and works for xp

    It's really not, just install it and hit suggested setting's at the bottom like you see on mine.

    +1 for the Shark 007 codec pack, I have used that since the Windows 7 betas.

    You really do just install it and Windows Media Player / Center will play anything.

    If you enable DXVA (requires a supported graphics card) you can play HD content with little CPU usage, so even the a low powered Intel Atom PC can play HD content.

    Might have to try this out but I just use vlc which plays everything anyway.
