Xbox 360 Game Compatible with Xbox One as of today.

Codes for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Beta are going out now, check your inbox on Xbox Live.

I think the 360 backwards compatibility was very unexpected, however a great addition. It will be great to have my favourite games from the last 10 years available on the Xbox One also.

I received a gears beta code, but one of my friends didn't receive one. There is a beta sign-up page here > https://gearsofwar.com/en-us
Being able to play xbox 360 games is awesome too.

I got my Gears Beta code without even having to signup, I got a message on Xbox.com when the E3 conference ended. I had a lot of trouble redeeming it, however its currently 39% downloaded.

A possible leaked screenshot of the new Xbox One dashboard redesign soon to be revealed:

Xbox One to Windows 10 game streaming has been released, it works incredibly well.

Sometimes it feels like their might be a very, and i mean very slight bit of lag, however if you didnt know any better you'd honestly think you were playing the game on a PC, especially when you go full screen.

Full screen on high streaming quality the picture looks good, just not as good as on the Xbox One, especially on fast moving games like Forza 5.

However if your Xbox One is connected to a TV someone else is watching, this is more than a good enough solution, games are more than playable. You can even use the mic on your PC to speak in Xbox One games / party chat. Essentially anything on the Xbox One will stream except DRM protected video such as streaming video app's and Blu-ray discs.

I'm very impressed just how well this works, it really does work a lot better than you'd expect it to.
