This the 2nd time I encountered this problem. The first was 2 weeks ago with repetitative appearing. Was off to other websites and now I see the site is okay.

When you access Digiex you don't directly connect to the Digiex server, you go through Cloudflare.

Think of Cloudflare as like a proxy server, it caches Digiex on a server closer to you (very handy for people outside Europe) so the website should load quicker.

Occasionally there might be a slight problem, as seen in the screenshot above. Uusually that should fix its self within a minute or two.

the Nokia UK Site used to be sluggish when I used to go there. If it is aimed to load quicker for us then I wouldnt mind a slight fall out.
