Request: Fossil Fighters Frontier (Japanese) update

Is there somebody with a Japanese 3DS who would be able to help me get the Japanese Fossil Fighters: Frontier 3DS update? My console is modded, allowing me to play the game. But I'm unable to even boot the game up without the update.
