That explains all. Short: Part1 is full game nut just a taster. Prat 2, 3 etc is full game added together.

I still don't understand why they offer the entire game (Part 1) for free. Granted, you have to buy the other episodes to get full live functionality, why not just get part 1 and leave it at that?

Part 1 is 2gb. If all parts are 2gb then 8gb worth of downloadin which i think will be excessive for some broadband users. And i think its a promo offer for people who think full games are too over priced. (one of them is me :P )

I think that’s a great idea, people might try the game as its free and get hooked on it. They can then pay for the next part if they wish to play on.

Good way to get some more sales out of a game.

I do not understand, is this like a massive demo but just the first part of Fable?

Apparently it is the full game, but in order to use many of the online features, the other parts must be purchased (2,3,4, & 5).

Is the game still $60? When I was at work the other day at Gamecrazy, it said it was only $29.99.

I'd rather search the internet for a cheap copy on disc, as I suppose buying all the parts on LIVE will be a little more expansive than the cheapest available 'fully functional' copy.
