Technet has downloads of many versions of Windows, Office and other Microsoft products.

It costs anywhere from about £200 to £300 per year depending on the subscription you get, using the links above you can get a free 1 years subscription which will allow you to get legit keys for Windows 7 and Office 2010 along with other Microsoft products.

The keys on Technet can be activated on 10 different pc’s.

Technet is getting a lot of traffic to it so a lot of the keys do fail to generate at the moment, after a few attempts I got a key for Vista Ultimate though.

I wouldn’t expect this to last long as your supposed to do a survey to get the free subsription which has now ended.

    Good Luck

Yep it looks to be dead already, it was a bug in the system so it was only a matter of time before it was found out I guess!

Microsoft realised the mistake and deactivated all the accounts, I guess it didn’t help this got posted on just about every tech website on the net in the end.

If anyone did get any keys they still appear to still activate fine.

Also anyone in higher education can get Windows Server 2003 / 2008 from https://imagine.microsoft.com along with a few other Microsoft products. Thats not a glitch and is offerd to a lot of Universities and Colleges around the world.

I had trouble signing up with my uni email address so I sent them an email and they just verified my account anyway, might be worth a shot if you want Server 2008.
