Gears 3 in Germany?

Look near the center of the disc, it has the hologram that all 360 games have. That doesn't look like its just been printed on to the disc.

I would say its real as the game went gold 10 days ago, discs will have been pressed since then ready for release on the 20th.

Gears 3 is out in 3 weeks, Gears 2, Blackops and many other games leaked to the net 3 weeks before release, I would say its quite possible someone has a pressed copy of Gears 3 already.
 
The hologram looks real but look at the green lines at the top, the quality looks like shit, something that was blown up a little bit to match the size of the disc. Looking at a retail disc and you'll see it doesn't look choppy or blotchy like in that photo.
 
True actually, i tried to take a photo of one of my games and zoomed in to 100%, could not get the quality to look anywhere near as bad: https://download.digiex.net/static/upload/files/7hxfmaobs1olo6r1avq8.jpg

Who ever took the photo didnt appear to know the iPhone 4 geotagged photos with the location it was taken taken.

If the image is fake someone spent a lot of time making a good fake, for no real reason. i'm personally expecting the game to leak anytime now.
 
It was taken on the 27/08/2011 @ 14:57, so just over a week after Gears 3 went gold.
