Someone has managed to get hold of a copy of Gears of War 2, this will probably be all over the internet by next weekend... apparently he is not the only one with a copy of it. We will have to wait another 3 weeks for it to be released!
I don't understand how people get it so early. I thought it went GOLD the other day. From my understanding when a game goes gold its sent to a place for mass production. Correct? So how is people getting a hold of this so early. I wish I could of, I don't like to wait. Lol.
Maybe the guy works or knows some one who works in the plant where the cd’s are manufactured? My other theory is its some one from epic trying to hype the game up even more... but its not really uncommon for games to leak before there in shops.. it happened with the first Gears of War.
First major game I heard being leaked was Doom 3. I think it was 4 or 5 days before retail release. My first personal experience of this was with Gears of War. I think America got it one day before us and I booked 2 days off work. Got it the same day as the Americans and managed to play through the first two acts with a non screechy 13 year old, which was quite shocking really . Then I had a go at the Multiplayer once and then decided to wait for my mates to get the game the next day and then play with them on Live lol.
wow they seem to be having a real problem keeping this game under controll. cliffy B must be having palpatations by now lol
Wow this was a long time ago now! I do love the old blades dashboard though. The game did end up leaking 3 weeks early, just like with Gears of War 3 years later in 2011
That is awesome lol. I love turning on one of my xbox 360s thats still on the blades. the boot animation still gives me chills when i hear it
