getting simcity 3000 to work on a laptop running windows 7

hi everyone. during this current covid 19 epidemic I thought I would play some old school games as my hard drive has got noisy on the playstation 3 and the neighbour underneath keeps banging on the ceiling, so have decided to do something more quiet. someone said there was a patch to get it to work. I followed his first instruction to copy and paste the contents of the cd onto my laptop which has worked perfectly. now all I need is this patch. it should be a Baapp and SC3U. At a guess these are file names. can anyone help please.

 

Your neighbor can hear your PS3s hard drive??? How loud is it??

 

its about 9 years old, she can hear a pin drop, personally I don't think its that loud.

 

I think it's too much loud more than a sex
