I saw a post on here about it but I am not sure how to get the file in need to mod it (common.rpf) please help I also would like a mod that increases traffic
 
Hey,

Since this is a major problem for everyone, let me clarify it.

The common.rpt is located on your GTAIV disc/iso

Which must be then opened with wx360
