Hello, I just joined this site in hopes of getting help to salvage 8 years worth of game saves. If anyone is knowledgeable about the following Id appreciate some help or suggestions.
xbox 360 slim, 250GB hard drive has died on me. I can boot to dashboard (and open drive in Xport 360), but when i try to access any content (or even examine the HDD in xbox settings) it freezes up on me. I can look at the file structure in xport 360, but when i click on partition 3>content, it freezes up. I tried doing a backup, and it freezes 10 minutes in. I tried a partial backup, but it did not fix the problem. Is there ANY hope left fore me recovering my game saves, or is it corrupt beyond ever being able to access that content? thanks!
