Be sure to post on the mystery gift tool thread if you haven't already, and let others know which platforms you're using. I'm sure people would be happy to help. It might help people help you if you post your save so they have a better idea of what might be going wrong, such as incorrect save file size, though there are other things that could be deduced by the save besides that, that I suspect could also cause issues.
