hey

I'm trying to send this message to InsaneNutter, but it appears my PM privileges aren't working yet:

Hey man - I registered with this site specifically so that I could send you a private message.

I still play NCAA 2011 and I was wondering if you could help me with the installation of Tuning Pack #3, which you uploaded in a thread you created YEARS ago:

https://digiex.net/downloads/downlo.../6657-ncaa-football-11-tuning-update-3-a.html

I tried going through the tutorial you linked to, but it does not appear to specifically address how to put tuning updates onto the hard drive.

Would you be able to offer any step-by-step assistance (if you still know how to do this on such an old system)?

Thanks,

DGZ

Thanks IN.. -

For this particular game, is there a certain folder I need to inject this tuner into? I've figured out how to do the title update, but can't quite put my finger on the tuner set.

Sorry, I know this is such an old game and you probably have long since forgotten.

Try Content\0000000000000000\45410900\00000001

That should be the correct place I believe.

Thanks man...I will give that a shot in a few days and see if it works. Appreciate your help.

So I was unable to locate a folder with this exact name. I saw several folders with similar names, starting with 454109, but the last two digits were different. And on each of them, none had a file "00000001"; all they had was 00000002.

Any ideas what this means?

Thanks again for the assistance.

Create the 45410900 folder, then create the 00000001 folder inside it. You can then inject the content in to the folder.

The folders will only exist if you have previously had some similar content for that game on the 360.

Ah, nice...I didn't even realize that was an option. I will give this a try tomorrow and report back. Thanks brother!

I'm sorry to bump an ancient thread but I have a few questions about this. I recently got an Xbox 360 and NCAA 11 and I've been trying to install the tuners. I've been able to connect to the hard drive with Xplorer360-250GB.exe I got from here and created the folders and added the TUNING-UPDATE file.

Will the tuning update be installed automatically when I put the hard drive back in? How will I know if they have been installed correctly or at all?

Also a long shot, but I'm specifically addressing players not progressing in dynasty mode and all the teams gradually decreasing over the seasons. How much do the tuners fix this? Would I be better off just playing the game without the patches and tuners?
