When looking at our Xbox Live leaderboard, I noticed that some people have played Street Fighter IV and Shellshock 2. I wonder how this is possible because these games have not been released yet. Anybody know how this is possible.

Shellshock 2 leaked to the internet on the 7th and Street fighter on the 10th so the majority of people who have played them games early will have a flashed 360 and have downloaded the games.

I thought that was the case but I wan't sure. They probably won't play them online though because wouldn't that get them caught and in trouble?

Sometimes when games leak early they are review copies which differ slightly to the final copy of the game, these can get your console flagged up and banned at a later date.

Some people have gone years without getting banned, some people have gone 2 weeks then got banned, playing games online before there released is not the smartest idea in the world.
