They send you a code via e-mail and when you click on whatever you want in the store (In my case a 1600 point card), in the page you'll see a bar that say's promo code. There you put your code and the $19.99 that Microsoft gave you will be deducted from whatever you chose. I used it to buy a 1600 Points card....But now I have to wait till they "process" my order...And it's been like 3 hours...literally...
