i need help installing xdk DLC to a jtag or another xdk

hello everyone i have a SSF4 package that i am trying to install on my xdk and my jtag the package was given to me by a good friend and i tried just ftping the package over to my dev and it gives me a data corrupt error

some one told me i need a current title update for it but i do not have access to the latest TUcan anyone give me a hand please ^^ and also there is NO xexp file in the dlc
 
hi, have you tried putting it in yaris swap that usually helps me . thanks . eric
