    It's been a while since I've been looking for IPTV or internet browser for my RGH but not meeting. I tried using Ubuntu for RGH but it is very outdated.

    You will honestly be better with a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ for any sort of media use, its a £30 computer the size of a credit card. You will have no problem playing 1080p video on that, along with running modern, updated web browsers.
