Is my "new" controller legit or fake?

Just purchased a replacement controller for my Xbox 360 as my original no longer worked due to many years of use. I can't seem to figure out if the new one I purchased is fake or legit, it looks almost completely except for the stickers inside the back are completely missing (will show pictures here) but I keep now wondering if the controller is a legit Microsoft controller.

Not having the sticker doesn't help, hard to say 100%.

When the controller is synced to the 360 does the light stay solid or randomly blink? that can be one way to tell if the controller is genuine or not.

This video here has a good comparison between a fake / real controller which might help: Original Xbox 360 Controller VS Fake

I spoke to the seller, he said it is an oem controller. Stickers were removed because they were worn
