To dump the trial on your Xbox 360's hard drive you could have a look at this guide, instead of extracting the trial simply do the reverse and dump it to the 360's hard drive

Instructions:

1. Use a burning program to burn the file to CD or DVD. (DVD will work better)
2. Insert CD/DVD, go to Demos tab on your Xbox 360 dashboard, select the game.
3. Enjoy!
