I stupidly configured my new 120Gb hard drive when moving files from my old 20Gb hard drive. Now the 120Gb HDD is only recognised by the Xbox as a 32Gb USB (when plugged in via the transfer cable). The HDD is not detected at all when "clicked" into the console. When I connect it to my PC, the "file system" says its formatted as FAT32. Does anyone know if my hard drive can be restored to its original state? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated guys!

I believe someone here said format it as NTFS, or the windows 7 install cd then try placing it in the 360 again.

I've personally seen very few people recover from this unfortunately, the question has been posted a lot with nobody confirming a working solution.
