NCAA Roster Updates without Xbox Live ?

    Hi gang.

    I am just wondering if there is a way to perform roster updates without a Live Account ?

    Are there downloadable files that I can put on a flash drive (with the 360's new Flash Drive support having been rolled out) ?

    I have a Datel Xsata for transferring saves and what not, so is it possible to get a roster file ?
