Need help right now please

Hi guys i live in syria and i have a xbox 360 slim first i got it they told it's already hacked as in stupidly hacked later i learned that the right term is flashed so i used it for 9 month then when i started to jet new games it stopped working i discovered thet it need to be updated took it to a shop where a man told me that ur xbox is PAL and for u to play other games it needs to be FREE so he changed it for me to free i know i'm so stupid i have no idea about this crap so after i payed 150 USD it worked again perfectly with new min menu or dashboard as u call it a month ago i bought a KINEKT when i plugged it in a messege came out saying that ur system needs update to use KINEKT then i crashed so guys i need help please i know i'm new but please

I'm not sure what you mean by "then i crashed "?

If you have connected the Kinect to the console it is asking you to update the firmware on the Kinect, just say yes to this and the Kinect will work fine.

Its hard to know what type of hack has been done on your console, do you play games off the hard drive? or off DVD's?

Well I meant it crashed the kinect see let me tell exactly what the problem .
I have a 14699 firmware when i first got my console it had different one see when COD MW3 was released it didn't work "i think u call it XGD3 games" so i asked for help from a store where they gave it the new 14699 firmware
What happened is new gmaes worked perfectly then i bought a kinect when i plugged it in a message appears "you need an update to use Kinect for more informtion visit (some website )"
It's the usual update request message.
A friend of mine told me to try to re-apply the 14699 firmware update by USB
U must be wondering what is i need ur help with i need to know if i re-applied the update is it possible that XGD3 gmaes stop working and i'll have to reflash my console knowing that all the available games for me are backups ( i missed up my originals ) i mean is it safe

You can just update to the latest 16197 system update perfectly fine, that will not stop your console from playing XGD3 games.

After that just say yes and let the Kinect update its firmware when it asks and you will be good to go.
