need some help getting my MS 20gb hdd running on my pc

ok i been trying to get my game saves off my ms 20 gb hdd since getting a rgh slim
i tried putting it in the slim but that just resets it & doesn't wont to boot with it connected
so i connected it to my pc via sata connection and no program will pick up the drive
list of programs i have tried XPort 360,Xplorer360,modio & Party Buffalo Drive Explorer non seem to think there is a 360 drive connected but there is any help please

Are you running the programs with admin rights? right click on Party Buffalo Drive Explorer for example and select run as administrator.

yes i was but if you want ill reinstall it & the drive & test it out again
should it show under my bios & my computer management

Yes i believe so, sounds like the drive could be faulty as your saying the 360 wont boot with it in.

its a Samsung 20 gb
yeah when i connect it to the 360 after it reboots
the 360 stays on & keeps trying to boot
but all it does is flash a white flash across my screen thats it

i cant belive the drive is (bleeped) because i just had it in my jtag a few months ago before it rrod
