Need WD SES Drivers

Yesterday I bought a new WD SES Drive-250 GB, and I play into my PC. Then after searching, an error occurred. It says your drive cannot work properly. Then I searched on google, I cant find that. I have Win 7 Ultimate N.
Can anybody tell me now what can I do? Or give any idea?
Is my drive corrupt or my win 7?
