Played today Burnout 3: Takedown on my Xbox 360, and it felt great to enjoy it again, I mean the gameplay/graphics/controls/physics/everything was flawless, definitely the best Burnout game of the series for me. Graphics looked fantastic, imo.

Many years ago when I had the PS2 Demo Disc with Burnout 3 Demo I kept on replaying it because it was so addictive and awesome.

I'm glad 360 has backwards compatibility because I don't have my Original Xbox as of now.

Is the backwards compatibility with all xbox games or only the 'successful' ones? I feel like playing a few xbox games but haven't bought them yet because of my fear of them not working.

I agree, Burnout 3 was by far the best of the Burnout games. I did quite enjoy Burnout Revenge however of the two i would say Burnout 3 is the better game. Just lots of crazy fun with some great events.

Looking across at my shelf some of my fav Xbox games are:

    • Burnout 3
    • Conker Live and Reloaded
    • Family Guy
    • Halo
    • Halo 2
    • Midtown Madness 3
    • Simpsons Hit and Run
    • Super Monkey Ball Deluxe
    • Time Splitters Future Perfect
    • Tony Hawks X2 (NTSC Only, no PAL release)
    • Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3
    • Unreal Championship

    These ones too:
    • Black
    • Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex
    • Crash Bandicoot: Twinsanity
    • Def Jam: Fight for NY
    • Forza MotorSport
    • Jet Set Radio Future
    • Marvel Vs Capcom 2
    • Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects
    • Need for Speed: Underground 1
    • Need for Speed: Underground 2
    • Otogi: Myth of Demons
    • Toca Race Driver 3

The Crash, NFSU, Marvels, Otogi and Def Jam games are all definitely a must because they're games you'll find a ton of fun playing and they're at now reasonable low prices.

Played Marvel Nemesis against my nephew on the Original Xbox back in 2012 and that was really fun, the game has the usual Marvel characters, I can't complain about any aspect of the game it's fantastic, even better when played versus another human player.

It's true that Xbox and GameCube multiplatform games do tend to be a bit pricier than the PS2 counterpart, but that may be because the Xbox/NGC didn't sold too much making it an out of print and somewhat rare, or people just sell it for the price they want.

I personally liked Jet Set Radio Future on the Xbox. Unfortunately there are a few slow downs in the game. Not enough to make it unplayable but it can be annoying trying to get through a town sometimes, especially if it's a large crowd of people.

That's a great collection, especially Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas this game sells for £15+ still so if I were you I'd hold on to it, plus it's the best console version of the game (Well, it's either PS2 or Xbox-- Or PC the best and most complete).

I also have Grand Theft Auto: Double Pack which came with my Original Xbox, the double pack is still as new (but opened) and considering NFSU2 is sealed, it's known that brand new factory sealed old games could be valuable so I might just get a second used copy.
